I started my new job today. It went great, and everyone is lovely. So much to take in though and admittedly I'm a little bit overwhelmed. I got a shiny piece of happiness amidst my bum-hole of a week. My application for one of the limited positions at Melbourne Zoo as a Learning Experiences volunteer was accepted! YAY! Basically I'll be teaching groups of kids and the public about animals and wildlife and zoological fun-ness. This is the direction I'm aiming towards with my Grad. Dip ( Read more... )
